Paul Eaton

Music and Creative Performing Arts Camps Specialist

Paul is a graduate of the High School of Creative and Performing Arts and The University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music. Paul currently serves as the Chair of the Fine Arts Department at Girard College ( a 1st-12th grade boarding school in Philadelphia for underserved single parent children ) and Director of the Upper and Lower school bands, choir and bell choirs. He has been working for ESF and their Dream Camp Foundation for well over 15 years and is constantly improving on the program to help empower the next generation of artist to express themselves.

Ben Mulholland

Technology Camps Specialist

Ben is an experienced professional video game tester and the technology lead with ESF Camps where he manages robotics classes, STEM and coding classes. Ben is also a musician who has taught children in Play On Philly! In his free time, Ben enjoys composing music on old computers, spoiling his cats, and drawing.

Alice Johnson

Fashion Design Camp Specialist

Alice is an adjunct professor at Philadelphia University and Drexel University. Possessing thirty years of experience in the fashion industry, Alice’s career includes designing women’s wear and sportswear. Her work has been featured in national catalogues as well as retail chains such as Christopher & Banks and Coldwater Creek.

Jerald Bennett

Music Production Camp Specialist

Jerald earned his BA from Temple University and has served as music teacher for several independent schools in and around the Philadelphia area. He has directed shows including Willy Wonka Jr., The Music Man Jr., Disney’s Camp Rock, & Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. During the summer, he teaches ESF’s Music Production, for which he was awarded the Master Teacher Award twice. Jerald is a singer songwriter who has performed at the Ritz Theater, Prince Music Theater, Freedom Theater, and Media Theater. His passion in life is to educate, entertain, and enhance the lives of everyone he meets.

Michael Brodine

Science Camp Specialist

Michael teaches at The Haverford School Conservatory, Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College and others. Michael has his Bachelors of Arts and Philosophy from Villanova University and did his pre-med studies at University of Pennsylvania. Michael is an inventor himself, holding three patents for original tech designs.

Chris Guda

General Manager and Site Director at ESF Chestnut Hill

Chris grew up in New Canaan, CT and has always been involved in summer camps; attending both traditional and sports camps throughout his childhood and working at day camps since the age of 14. He began working for ESF in the summer of 2004 in Greenwich, CT as the Senior Camp Sports Specialist and went on to serve as the Senior Camp Director and then the Assistant Site Director before making the move to Pennsylvania and joining the ESF Executive Team in September of 2013. He graduated from Miami University (OH) with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Coaching. Outside of summer camps he has worked with children in many different capacities; as a coach for youth soccer and baseball, a soccer referee and a youth mentor. Prior to working for ESF fulltime, he designed and ran youth programming for 3rd-12th graders as the Director of Youth Ministries at the Congregational Church of New Canaan, CT for nine years.
