Parent Checklists for Raising Active Kids

03.11.2020

ESF Camps has been providing kids of all skill levels with confidence-building athletic experiences since 1982. Earlier this year, we were named a Project Play Champion by The Aspen Institute for our long-time commitment to keeping kids physically active and healthy.

We know the importance of raising a healthy child. Yet navigating youth sports or even motivating your child to be physically active can sometimes be challenging. Parents and caregivers often don’t know what questions to ask of themselves, their child and their sports provider to make it a great experience.

Below are some helpful videos from our partner, The Aspen Institute’s Project Play. Find the most relevant videos for your family and learn how to better support your child’s physical activity, whether it’s through organized sports or free play.
