ESF understands the importance of giving back to the communities we serve. We were proud to partner with Paul Raether, Senior Advisory Partner at KKR, in creating ESF Dream Camp, to provide thousands of underserved children in Hartford, CT a place to realize their dreams through innovative and award-winning after-school and summer programs. 

Thanks to Paul’s commitment and the dedicated work of our Dream Camp team members, 90% of participating students go onto college. Six of the campers also graduated from Trinity College where the program takes place. Dream Camp families need support now more than ever.

ESF and Paul continue to strengthen the commitment to these families through remote learning and programs to support their most critical needs. To combat the food insecurity experienced by our families in light of the pandemic, we teamed up with world-class Chef Frankie Celenza and Carlino’s Market in Ardmore, PA to introduce the Dream Meals initiative in late March. Dream Meals has served over 10,000 meals to Dream Camp families.
