Safety Above All Else
The comfort of our campers is Job One.
Campers thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. So the health, safety, and well-being of all our campers and staff is always our first priority at ESF. We care for your kids like they are our own.
Low Camper To Staff Ratio
Our limited camper enrollment and all-adult staff ensures that each child receives the individual attention he/she deserves to flourish in a safe and supportive environment.
Specialized Safety Training
ESF provides extensive training and maintains impeccable safety protocols. All activities are run by Activity Specialists who are highly experienced and well-trained teachers. Our seasoned and highly-qualified directors have backgrounds in child behavior and development, and are responsible for running each of our programs.
FOOD ALLERGY EDUCATION
ESF is a proud recipient of the prestigious Mariel C. Furlong Making a Difference Award so our families can rest easy knowing that allergens will never come between our campers and a great summer camp experience. Our Medical Director is a Pediatric Asthma and Allergy Specialist and is responsible for reviewing and updating our Food Allergy Policy every year. We follow strict guidelines set forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the Food Allergy Research & Education organization (FARE) and the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI).
RED CROSS CERTIFICATIONS
Only certified lifeguards and instructors can be on our Aquatics Staff. Each staff member is well-trained to teach campers how to be their best in the water. And when a swimmer falls short, our staff is highly trained to provide immediate, effective care.
CAR LINE SECURITY
Over the years, we’ve directed thousands of cars in and out of our facilities, with effective security measures in place to ensure no mix-ups or accidents occur. So afternoon pick-up is easy and stress-free.
