Our long-standing traditions foster core values such as friendship, kindness, leadership and community. Campers of all ages are honored and recognized for their efforts each week with awards such as the Gratitude Rock, Day Camp Spirit Stick and Senior Camp Oracle. Theme Days, Wacky Wednesdays, Fantastic Fridays and Special Events are just a few of the ESF traditions that spice up an ESF summer! Through it all, important core values are instilled and leadership skills are developed as campers learn what it means to be grateful, welcoming and respectful.

Summer 2017 includes the Junior Business Academy, a brand new program powered by the Jack Welch Management Institute

The Junior Business Academy, for grades 5-8, is infused with insights from celebrated business leader Jack Welch. Our goal is to instill an entrepreneurial mindset in youth while helping them to build a “personal foundation” for becoming innovative leaders and design thinkers.
