Dr. Zach Radcliff, PhD

Zach Radcliff, PhD is a pediatric clinical psychologist, working in integrated primary care at Nemours Children’s Health in Delaware. He is passionate about equitable access to mental health services, tele-health, and supporting health care workers across disciplines. Other areas of focus for Dr. Radcliff include LGBTQ+, eating disorders, chronic medical conditions, and autism. Of note, he has been a head counselor and camp psychologist for various summer camps for the past 20 years. He is also an avid fan of the beach, his garden, and his family.

Michael J. Rouse

Michael J. Rouse is the CEO and Co-Founder of ESF Camps & Experiences. ESF has grown into a world-renowned summer camp, operating 12 sites throughout CT, FL, NY, NJ, PA, and MD. Michael is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Communication. He is also a graduate of the Disney Institute’s People Management, Customer Service, and Creative Leadership Programs. He has a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do karate from the Tang Soo Do Mo Doo Kwan Federation. Michael also competed on the professional tennis circuit for two years as an amateur. In 2004, Michael was inducted into the Villanova University Athletic Hall of Fame. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of The Vetri Foundation for Children, the ESF Dream Camp Foundation, and Acting Without Boundaries (AWB).
