The ESF Camps Free Backpack Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid for qualifying enrollments completed between March 15, 2026 at MIDNIGHT (ET) and April 6, 2026 at MIDNIGHT (ET). 

Eligibility: 
To qualify for the Promotion, families must: 

• Enroll a camper in ESF Camps for Summer 2026 during the Promotion Period. 

• Purchase a minimum of two (2) weeks of camp per enrolled camper. 

• Remain enrolled through the start of the 2026 camp season. 

Each eligible camper enrolled during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) ESF-branded backpack. 

Offer Details: 

• Limit one (1) backpack per eligible camper. 

• Backpacks are promotional items and have no cash value. 

• Offer valid only on new enrollments completed during the Promotion Period; prior enrollments do not qualify. 

• Transfers, credits, or substitutions are not permitted. 

• Backpacks are available while supplies last. ESF reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary. 

Shipping: 

• Backpacks will be shipped to the mailing address associated with the camper’s registration. 

• Items are expected to be mailed prior to the start of the Summer 2026 camp season. 

• ESF Camps is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete mailing information provided at registration. 

Cancellations & Changes: 

• If a qualifying enrollment is canceled prior to the start of camp and no longer meets the minimum two-week requirement, eligibility for the promotional item is void. 

General Conditions: 

• Offer may not be combined with other promotional item giveaways unless otherwise stated. 

• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
