Change of Enrollment Requests
Please note: change of enrollment requests are subject to availability and camp policies and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Due to limited enrollment, we do our best to accommodate friend requests made by May 1, 2026. Any requests made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed but we do our best.
Please note: Your child’s grouping will not be completed until all health form requirements are received. All grouping assignments are done by same rising grade level, program type and camp week(s).
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session (for any reason, including summer school or vacation) or who do not contact ESF, will not receive a refund or credit. Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness, will not receive a refund or credit for days or weeks missed.
Campers and ESF team members are not permitted to bring cell phones or electronic/web-linked devices to camp as they are a distraction. To promote a healthy camp environment:
1 – Please leave cell phones and electronic devices at home
2 – Call the camp office if you have an urgent message for your child. We will relay any information to your child immediately
ESF is not responsible for what happens to any devices if brought to camp. Our goal is to create a safe environment, conducive to discovery, and free of all distractions that may hinder the learning process and joy of camp. Thank you for your continued support, cooperation, and commitment to keeping our camp environment healthy and safe.
For the health and safety of all campers and staff, we require medical clearances, signed by a physician or health care practitioner, including updated childhood immunization records.
Due date: on or before May 1, 2026.
Immunizations required: mumps, measles, rubella, polio, tetanus and diptheria toxoids, pertussis, haemophilus influenza type B, hepatitis B, and varicella (chickenpox)
Please note: In order for your camper(s) to be grouped and participate in camp, all required health forms must be received on or before May 1, 2026. Medical forms will be uploaded to your camper’s profile via the Bravo Parent Portal checklist which opens in January 2026. Your child cannot be placed on a roster until all medical clearance forms have been received.
Campers with Food Allergies: Campers with documented food allergies will be unable to participate in our optional lunch program since our food service provider cannot guarantee meals or snacks that are peanut-free, tree-nut free, free from other common food allergens (dairy, soy, wheat, sesame, shellfish, etc.) or free from any cross-contamination. Campers with documented food allergies will be removed from our lunch rosters and refund will immediately be processed.
Snack Option: Campers with documented food allergies must bring their own snacks to camp. For your camper’s safety, snacks can be managed by our camp nurse.
Campers may bring their lunch and drink to camp in an insulated lunch box or cooler, insulated food containers, frozen ice packs, frozen water bottles, etc. to keep food items cold or they can participate in our lunch program. Enrollment for the Optional Lunch Program is now open and available for purchase on a weekly basis at a cost of $61 per week/camper with a reduced rate available for a 4-day week. Easy, convenient registration is available using your parent portal checklist.
Campers are provided with a snack and beverage each day. Water breaks are provided to campers throughout the day.
