Early Cancellation (on or before March 15, 2026)
- Partial cancellations: Allowed with no cancellation fee. Refund equals payments made to date minus $50 non-refundable registration fee.
- Full cancellations: Refund equals payments made to date minus $300 cancellation fee (per child) minus $50 non-refundable registration fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at registration.
Late Cancellation (March 16 – June 1, 2026*)
- Partial and full cancellations: Receive credit equal to payments made to date minus $50 non-refundable registration fee.
- Credit expires December 31, 2027, and cannot be converted to cash.
After June 1, 2026*
- No refunds or credits, regardless of registration date, vacation, dismissal, or illness.
