2022 Cancellation Policy

 

Refunds

We are committed to operating the 2022 camp season for you and your family. If ESF Camps do not operate due to state or county health orders or mandates, or if an ESF partner cancels: in whole, or in part, in 2022, you will receive a full refund for tuition paid for impacted sessions minus the non-refundable $75 registration fee per family.

If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plan changes, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

  • April 1, 2022 (on or before): Full cancellations by midnight on April 1, 2022 and receive a refund for tuition paid, less:
    *a non-refundable cancellation fee of $200 per camper
    AND
    *a non-refundable registration fee of $75 per family 
  • April 2, 2022 (on or after): Cancel on or after April 2, 2022 and receive a credit for tuition paid (minus the non-refundable $75 registration fee) for unused weeks to be used through 2023.

Credits

On or after April 2, 2022: Cancel on or after April 2, 2022 and receive a full credit for tuition paid (minus the non-refundable $75 registration fee) for unused weeks through 2023. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family and friends and may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program, as well as Jr. 76ers Camps, Arsenal Football Development Soccer Camps, Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy Camps, Phillies Baseball Academy, Phillies Phantasy Camp and BOLD Pre-College programs.

No Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered camp session (for any reason, including illness or vacation) or who do not contact ESF, will NOT receive a refund or credit.

Refunds will not be issued for changes, withdrawals, dismissals (ex. behavioral) after the start of the camp season on June 27, 2022.

Change of Enrollment: Starting on April 2, 2022, program change requests will be subject to a $25 administrative fee per change request.
