How to Enroll

HOW TO ENROLL

APPLICATION PROCESS
Go online to esfcamps.com/Episcopal and click ENROLL to build your summer schedule in the ESF Program Finder. Once your camp schedule is completed, click “ENROLL NOW” which brings you to our registration page. You will receive a confirmation email and will be prompted to set up your family portal. The portal will give you access to your camper(s)’ enrollment and all required camp forms prior to the start of camp, including your child’s medical clearance, emergency contacts, and authorized pick up information. 

PAYMENTS
A 15% deposit will be due at the time of enrollment. Registrations after May 1, 2021, will be required to be paid in full at the time of enrollment. The balance of tuition is due by June 1 or June 15, 2021 (depending on the day selected for your monthly payment installment option at the time of registration).

 

 

GROUPING REQUESTS
If you would like your child grouped with a specific friend, please list their first and last name on the online application. Grouped campers MUST be entering the same grade in Fall 2021. ESF can only guarantee one friend request per camper.

LIMITED ENROLLMENT
To maintain a low camper to staff ratio and to ensure a quality experience for your child, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
