The five steps to applying for a position at ESF are:

Step #1: Complete the Team ESF Profile Application (online or in paper form).

Step #2: Have two independent recommendations completed and returned to us.

Step #3: If your qualifications meet our requirements, you will meet with us for an interview.

Step #4: Reference checks and background checks will be conducted by ESF.

Step #5: An ESF Team member will contact you shortly after your interview to let you know if you have been selected.

In order to begin the process we ask that you complete the following online application which will take about 20 – 30 minutes. Please be as thorough as possible and make sure that before you start, you are prepared to provide us with names addresses and telephone numbers for questions pertaining to your employment history and personal references. You will be asked to supply us with three (3) references (not relatives or friends) who have knowledge of your character, experience and ability such as a teacher, an advisor, job supervisor, employer, mentor, coach or clergyman.
