9:07 am: Morning Assemblies are COOL! I am my Team's Captain this week so I get to lead the Conference in morning stretches. |

1:04 pm: We are heading to the gym to hear a really cool guest speaker who will give us lots of athletic advice and basketball tips. |

9:22 am: We arrive at the first station, pick up our lacrosse equipment, and get tips from our Coach before we start our instructional drills. |

1:35 pm: Time for some basketball GAME ACTION! We are playing the Cavaliers, another team in my Conference. |
 |
10:32 am: SNACK TIME--the perfect ending to a great first period of instruction! |

2:20 pm: I spent some time debriefing with my Coach after the game. She had some great advice for me! I want to be an ESF coach just like her some day. |

10:45 am: Time to try out all the new skills we learned this morning with some GAME ACTION! I am ready for some friendly competition with the Tar Heels, another team in my conference. |

2:21 pm: CHOICE PERIOD is COOL! We get to choose whether to continue playing sports or go to the pool. Today, I am going to swim. It will be nice to cool off. |

11:45 am: Our coach said that he was proud of how we played! He said that we showed a lot of effort, teamwork and sportsmanship! |

2:49 pm: I am so excited! I got the right answer to the sports trivia question that my coach asked our Team this morning. Good thing I keep up with all sports. |

12:15 pm: It is time for lunch with my coach and my team. Most times, I bring my lunch but this week I am eating the "camp lunch." The food at ESF is AWESOME! |

2:55 pm: During the "Awards Ceremony," I received the "Coaches Award" for showing sportsmanship, teamwork, and hustle throughout the week! The medal is so COOL! |

12:46 pm: Time for afternoon stretching and warm-ups! |

3:29 pm: Time to go home! Camp is AWESOME! I can not wait to do it all over again next week. |
