How To Enroll
COMPLETING AN APPLICATION:

Once we receive your application, and it has been reviewed, a confirmation/invoice will be mailed to verify your child(ren)'s reservation. Space is limited. Applications are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and enrollment is determined by online enrollment date or postmark date.
Please note that a $300.00 deposit per camper is required for all applications.
ENROLLMENT AFTER APRIL 1, 2012:
Because we have a rolling admissions process, we understand many families enroll after April 1st.
Payment arrangements: Although we request full payment of tuition for applications sent after April 1, 2012, we are happy to make tuition arrangements for you.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING:
We offer flexible scheduling with 1 - 10 week options. The weeks you choose do not need to be consecutive. Flexible scheduling and program mixing with each camp is available. Enroll for 6 or more weeks for reduced weekly prices!
FAMILY AND GROUP DISCOUNTS:
A 5% Family discount is given to all families enrolling 2 or more children. This discount applies to each child after the first in your immediate family. The first child, enrolled at the full tuition rate, is the camper with the higher tuition.
Refer friends and save on camp tuition! Our Group discount also allows you and any friends you refer to receive a 5% discount off camp tuition. It's easy! All you need to do is tell friends about camp and send 3 or more applications to us in the same envelope! Please note: Only one discount applies per camper (i.e. Family or Group).
HEALTH HISTORY RECORD:
To help us ensure each child's safety, a Health History Record must be filled out and signed by the camper's parent/guardian, as well as a licensed health care provider. Your child's Health History record must be returned within 30 days* after you receive your Enrollment Confirmation. Your child's Health History Record must be reviewed and processed by our headquarters' RN (registered nurse) before your child may attend camp. Please allow two weeks for processing. You will be contacted if additional information is needed. Our camp is staffed by a nurse who is on site when campers are there. We have many health and safety protocols which are reviewed annually by our Director of Nursing and our Medical Director. All of our policies, guidelines and standards are in compliance with guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

*Please note: If you receive your Enrollment Confirmation on or after May 11 (within 30 days of camp's opening day) we must receive your child's completed Health History Record as soon as possible to allow the time needed for review and processing by our headquarters' RN before your child may attend camp.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
If you need to cancel your child's enrollment, you must notify us in writing by April 1, 2012 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations on or prior to this date are subject to a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds will be given out after April 1, 2012 regardless of your registration date. There are no allowances given for late arrival, early dismissal, vacations, illness, or injury. Changes in the enrolled weeks are based upon availability and must also be made on or before the April 1, 2012 deadline.
GROUPING REQUESTS:
Campers are grouped according to age and grade level. If you would like your child grouped with a specific friend, please write his/her name and home phone number on the application. The home phone number of your child's friend will be used for verification purposes only. No phone calls will be made to that child's family. Campers MUST be entering the same grade next fall, and all grouping requests must be made by April 1, 2012.
CAMP T-SHIRT:
All campers will receive an "Official Camp T-shirt." Please circle your child's shirt size on the camp application.
